Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Istanbul is seeking an E-commerce Customer Development Manager to drive people-centric engagement with retailers and build mutually beneficial partnerships. This hybrid role offers exposure to a global brand and opportunities to shape ecommerce strategies across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in MNC/FMCG, English fluency, and proven ecommerce management experience with retailers, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the MNC or FMCG industry.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience in managing ecommerce customers/channels and delivering growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailer marketing organization to unlock growth opportunities
• Analyse data to deliver data-driven strategies for top performance and KPIs
• Develop robust plans to drive category/trade business across channels and promos
• Align ecommerce strategies with in-store calendars for omnichannel experience (Click & Collect, BOPIS)
• Leverage Retail Media Networks and loyalty data to drive online/offline conversions
• Review 6P&A scorecard and propose actions for higher results
• Estimate yearly traffic distribution, CR, marketing spend and channel performance
• Coordinate digital marketing activities with agencies to optimize traffic
• Coordinate partnerships with technology platforms for mutual opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, key accounts, supply, packaging) to drive strategy
