Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Istanbul is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Development Manager to lead people-centric engagement with retailers and drive business growth. You will build partnerships with retailer marketing, analyze data for KPI-driven strategies, and align ecommerce plans with in-store calendars to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the MNC or FMCG industry.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience managing ecommerce customers/channels and delivering category growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailer marketing to unlock growth opportunities.
• Analyze data to drive data-driven strategies and KPIs.
• Develop and execute category/trade plans across channels and promotions.
• Align ecommerce strategies with in-store calendars and omnichannel experiences (Click & Collect, BOPIS).
• Leverage RMNs and loyalty data to drive online and offline conversions.
• Review scorecards and implement actions for higher results.
• Forecast yearly traffic, CR, marketing spend and channel performance for ecommerce retailers.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities with agencies to optimize traffic.
• Coordinate partner relationships with technology platforms for mutual opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive commercial strategy.
