Pierre Fabre Laboratories seeks a junior E-Commerce Activation Specialist to drive activations on priority online retailers and optimize the digital shelf using the CARS framework. You will coordinate with eKAMs and the Commercial Director to align content and promotions with retailer priorities.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, content accuracy, and collaboration with Marketing and Trade teams to ensure consistent brand execution and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce activations across priority online retailers.
• Strong content coordination with account priorities and eKAMs.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Illustrator for content creation.

Responsabilités

• Drive Digital Shelf Excellence using the CARS framework across online retailers.
• Develop Digital Shelf Improvement Plans and track KPIs with Commercial Director and eKAMs.
• Coordinate with global teams to leverage digital shelf monitoring and tools.
• Collaborate with account teams to align content, promotions, and activations with priorities.
• Track and report digital shelf KPIs and performance results.
