Job summary

H&M Group in İstanbul, Türkiye is seeking an Owned Media Lead to drive end-to-end CRM and loyalty programs for Türkiye, Kazakhstan and Georgia. You will plan, optimize and execute CRM journeys, keep the local database active with locally relevant plans in line with global strategy.

You will align owned media with paid and earned activities to strengthen customer engagement and deliver measurable impact, using data-driven segmentation and MAP automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, owned media or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of email, app and digital channel management.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in an international, stakeholder-rich environment.
• Fluency in English.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize and execute CRM communications across email, push, and SMS/WhatsApp where applicable.
• Plan & execute loyalty activities of H&M Membership through member-exclusive activations in store and online.
• Leverage MAP to create data-driven, automated customer journeys and campaigns.
• Oversee global email and push activities to align global and local communication.
