A leading technical consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to engage with clients through tailored technical solutions. The role involves preparing proposals, managing customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Sciences Engineering or relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in building, construction or M&O consultancy industries is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that align with client needs and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Interpret customer specifications and project requirements, offering tailored technical solutions and services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet all relevant standards and deadlines.
• Provide accurate quotations, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contract terms with customers.
• Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments to inform sales strategy and customer engagement.
• Offer after-sales support.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and site visits as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of project proposals, communications, and contract documentation.

Key Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Sciences Engineering or any other relevant fields, preferably with at least 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Prior work experience in building, construction or M&OE consultancy industries is preferred.
• Has passion and ability to manage a wide diversity of services.
• Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
