Identity Governance Director — Access Management & Compliance
Job summary
A leading global financial services firm is seeking an Identity Governance Analyst in Singapore. This critical role involves managing access recertification processes using Sailpoint or similar products, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management and possesses strong skills in data reconciliation and communication. You will work closely with various stakeholders to coordinate access campaigns, oversee compliance reporting, and track revocation tasks, aiming to maintain high standards of access management within a dynamic team environment.

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Identity Access Management or IT Governance roles.
- Familiarity with UAT processes and test case development.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders for access review lifecycle.
- Perform checks on completeness and accuracy of review data.
- Ensure timely and auditable revocation of access where necessary.
