A language education institution in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to support the Language Centre. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, performing student registrations, and maintaining records. The successful candidate will assist students and stakeholders with inquiries, manage examination registrations, and ensure proper organization of materials. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to maintaining a positive experience for students.
Reporting directly to the Registrar, you shall provide high level support for the Language Centre with excellent customer service, perform student registration, recordkeeping and general office tasks.
You shall also work closely with other employees from Alliance’s departments and liaise with a range of stakeholders including customers, vendors and partner organisations.
