Job summary

Role Overview

Support the planning and delivery of community programmes, events, and engagement activities in a digital environment. You will coordinate logistics, communications, and stakeholders to ensure programmes run smoothly end-to-end.

  • Coordinate and support community programmes, workshops, and training sessions
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, registrations, materials, and follow-ups
  • Draft and manage programme communications, including emails and updates
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Track participation, feedback, and basic metrics for reporting purposes
  • Maintain programme documentation and records
  • Support digital or product-related initiatives and community activities
  • Provide general administrative and operational support, including ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • Singaporean only
