A leading media company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative support specialist to assist their Legal department. This role involves managing schedules, documents, and various administrative duties effectively to help streamline operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or legal services, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate an attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
The role will include supporting both administration and management of the Legal department as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Central Repository.
Duties include supporting the Legal Counsels with general filings, managing meeting schedules, assisting in meeting set up, preparing budgets, and general administrative matters for the Legal and Risk & Compliance office. See further description below.
