Job summary
A leading HR advisory company in Singapore seeks a Senior/Sales Executive to drive client engagement and sales activities. This role involves prospecting potential clients, maintaining relationships, and reporting sales progress. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a related field along with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry. Working days are Monday to Friday, with a salary range of $4,000 to $5,500. This position is based in Singapore and offers opportunities for collaboration with internal teams.

Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
- Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Sales Cycle Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.
Product Knowledge
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.
Reporting
- Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration and Follow-up
- Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.
