Develop a strong understanding of sales operations and process flows to support improvements in efficiency and the removal of non-value-added activities.
Lead or support the analysis of current processes using continuous improvement tools to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics to ensure effective execution and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with regional teams on business process reviews, performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement analysis.
Assess the risks of different process changes and compare the costs and benefits of current operations.
Participate in key projects for approximately three months each year, which may require extended working hours during peak periods.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Min Diploma / Degree in Logistic or a related field is required.
Min of 2 years of experience in logistic or supply chain industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
