A major global financial services provider in Singapore is seeking a Client Service Intermediate Analyst to perform risk assessments and manage compliance-related tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in data analysis, and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include investigating escalated cases, providing trend analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of risk assessments. A good understanding of Wealth products is advantageous.

The Client Service Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Delegating the majority of problems independently and having some latitude to solve complex issues, the analyst integrates in‑depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. The role requires a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others to accomplish the objectives of the sub‑function / job family. The analyst applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, paying close attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on factual information. Typical responsibilities include dealing with variable issues that may have broad business impact, interpreting data and results with professional judgment, breaking down information systematically for communication, and exchanging complex or sensitive information with diplomacy. The analyst has a moderate but direct impact through close contact with the business’s core activities, and the quality and timeliness of delivered service affects the effectiveness of both the analyst’s own team and other closely related teams.
