Job description

We are looking to hire a dynamic Product Manager within the Cross Border Payments cluster team based in Singapore. This role is focused on supporting and growing Citi’s cross border payments business and in particular the WorldLink proposition in the Asia South and JANA clusters. The role will focus on enhancing client value, operational efficiency, and increasing market penetration by leading key product initiatives, driving adoption, solutioning and ensuring seamless execution. You will champion WorldLink as a core offering, leveraging deep market insights and strong project management capabilities to deliver innovative solutions and achieve ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive WorldLink product initiatives and enhancements for Asia Clusters, ensuring timely execution and full lifecycle support
  • As a product SME, drive engagement with sales team and support solutioning for select clients. Develop tailored collateral and identify use cases to increase cross border payments penetration across multiple client segments
  • Engage clients to support WorldLink onboarding, usage expansion, and alternative payment method adoption
  • Independently lead data analysis, track business performance, and identify key insights and actionables for growing the business and reducing risk
  • Engage with sales/banking teams and conduct trainings and execute internal/external communications for product launches and updates
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research for identifying cross-border payment trends and opportunities
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications
  • Product management experience (at least 5 years) is good to have ideally within Cash Management, Trade, or Securities Business
  • Good working knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, e-commerce, and emerging payment flows.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, client requirements, and technical aspects including API and SWIFT setups.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills, with high proficiency in MS office including Excel and statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL).
  • Team player with demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery and leading large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to deal with and deliver under pressure and tight timelines working with partners across multiple time-zones.
  • Self-starter with ability to structure and break down complex problems, develop solutions, and drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in producing quality reports and presentations.

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or Equivalent experience.
