Job summary
A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CRM transformation projects in Singapore's pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project leadership, particularly in enterprise-wide CRM deployments. They must also possess hands-on experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce CRM platforms and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, executing a detailed RFP process, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project leadership experience in CRM transformation within pharmaceuticals.
- Experience leading at least two full-cycle CRM deployments in a complex, multi-market organization.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce CRM platforms is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for a new CRM platform.
- Plan and execute the RFP process ensuring compliance with all internal policies.
- Manage the end-to-end migration project, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
