Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets across our group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and product quality, managing store teams, and driving operational efficiency and profitability across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets (bakery and cafe), ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and product quality.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations.
  • Lead, train, and supervise outlet managers and frontline staff to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, purchasing, cost control, and wastage.
  • Analyze sales and operational reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute operational strategies to drive revenue, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, food hygiene, and halal certification requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, HR, and Central Kitchen teams for promotional planning, staffing, and product consistency.
  • Support new store openings and renovations, including layout planning, equipment setup, and staff training.
  • Resolve customer issues or staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry, preferably overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, operational SOPs, and cost control.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with POS and inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends/public holidays as required.
