They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join them. This person will oversee the end-to-end operations of construction projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support business growth and project success.
- Oversee a portfolio of construction projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Lead operational planning and resource allocation across teams and project sites.
- Ensure efficient project delivery through strong site management, construction planning, and contractor coordination.
- Oversee procurement, materials handling, and subcontractor performance.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site challenges, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead, coach, and mentor project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to drive performance and accountability.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, vendors, and government/regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and financial controls.
- Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for safety, legal, contractual, and financial exposures.
- Review and approve project-related expenditures, claims, and reports.
- Uphold strict compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Champion a safety-first culture across all project sites and operations.
- Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; MBA or PMP certification is an advantage.
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in construction operations.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
