We are seeking a seasoned IT Director to lead the Group’s global technology function, with a core focus on enterprise-wide IT architecture, systems innovation, and digital infrastructure. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be accountable for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of scalable and resilient IT systems that support the Group’s international growth strategy.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving digital transformation, optimizing global IT capabilities, and aligning enterprise technology platforms with the evolving needs of our diversified and fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic IT Leadership: Define and execute a cohesive global IT strategy aligned with the Group’s corporate objectives, driving operational excellence and digital innovation.
Enterprise Architecture: Architect and evolve an agile, secure, and scalable information systems landscape, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
IT Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee the end-to-end delivery, reliability, and performance of the Group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are highly available, efficient, and responsive to business demands.
Business Partnership: Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Risk, and Family Office teams to develop IT solutions that meet complex business requirements in a global operational context.
Technology Innovation: Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to ensure the Group remains at the forefront of digital capability, enabling long-term competitiveness and innovation.
Leadership & Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement in both technology and operations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT leadership roles, including at least 4 years of experience in architecting and managing global information systems within complex organizations. Experience in enterprises exceeding 1,000 staff preferred.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT systems architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices. Proven ability to design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade platforms.
Leadership Acumen: Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead effective, cross-functional technology teams.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of influencing business and technology strategy at senior levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Global Systems Experience: Direct experience in managing IT architecture and transformation initiatives across multi-national environments.
Financial Services & Risk: Prior exposure to financial, risk management, or family office technology environments is highly advantageous.
