  • Ensure timely coordination between customers and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on product catalogues.
  • Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports on order status.
  • Provide feedback on process improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding product orders, enquiries, and feedback.
  • Process sales orders accurately within internal systems.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on orders, delivery issues, and complaints.
  • Ensure timely coordination between customers, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on product catalogues, price lists, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports on order status and customer cases.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma qualification.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Order Processing.
