A leading preschool educational institution in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Marketing. This strategic role involves overseeing all marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and demand generation across preschool brands. The ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Must have a data-driven mindset and a passion for the education sector.
The Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Marketing will be a results-driven leader with a strategic mindset, responsible for overseeing the marketing and demand generation initiatives across all NTUC First Campus' preschool brands. With a focus on driving brand awareness, positioning, and demand generation, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of our preschool brands in an increasingly competitive educational landscape in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop and execute both long-term and short-term strategic goals, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and ensure the brands continue to shine as world-class educational institutions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Marketing will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the organisation, playing a crucial role in its continued growth and success.
As a key member of the NTUC First Campus Leadership Group, this position will have a broad influence across departments, ensuring a cohesive and cross-functional approach to brand development and growth.
