Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects both independently and as a team leader.
• Attend all production meetings and rehearsals scheduled by the Company.
• Assist the Artistic Director in sourcing and overseeing the production team.
• Liaise with artists to coordinate logistics and production requirements.
• Ensure the artistic intentions are maintained to the highest standard.
• Source and secure production venues, ensure licences and ticketing are arranged.
• Provide clear and timely communication with all team members.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards across all activities.
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintain organised records and archives of equipment lists and digital content.

Job description

As a production manager, your role will include:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects both independently and as a team leader.
• Attend all production meetings and rehearsals (including filming, full runs, and media previews) scheduled by the Company.
• Assist the Artistic Director in sourcing and overseeing the production team, including Stage Manager, Technical Manager & Crew (sound, lighting, props, etc.), and Ushers.
• Liaise with artists to coordinate logistics, programme schedules, and production requirements.
• Ensure the artistic intentions of the Artistic Director and Producer are maintained to the highest standard.
• Source and secure production venues, ensure licences and ticketing are arranged, and liaise with the Artistic Director, creators, and partners on schedules and technical needs.
• Provide clear and timely communication with all team members to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards across all activities, on-site and off-site.
• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and replacement of production equipment.
• Maintain organised records and archives of equipment lists and digital content.
