Job summary
A community-focused organization in Singapore is seeking a leader to oversee income generation projects and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in business development or marketing and a strong ability to communicate and build relations. This role includes driving marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engage the community. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or marketing.
- Strong communication and relation-building skills.
- Proactive and hands-on professional in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead income generation projects and community initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations for the social enterprise.
- Drive marketing and sales efforts for visibility growth.
Skills
Education
- Lead income generation projects, oversee the community learn and train initiative and collective involvement of residents in the public rental blocks communities.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations for the social enterprise.
- Collaborate with corporate and community partners and volunteers for resource mobilisation.
- Drive marketing and sales efforts including digital, content creation and social media to grow visibility and engagement.
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, reporting and documentation across both programme and enterprise work.
- Any other responsibilities or duties assigned.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, social enterprise, or a related field.
- Has a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Strong communication and relation-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive and hands-on professional with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative in problem-solving, event management, and on-the-ground support.
- Digital and social media proficiency.
- Willing and able to work during some weekday evenings and weekends.
