Job scope
- Step-up engagement with customers to promote our products and deliver a memorable customer experience; to promptly and efficiently execute and administer the operations of the company while paying special attention to customers' needs; to promote the company's products and services in line with its objectives; to engage as a team to exceed customers' expectations and experiences;
- Ensure that internal work-flows are supported by well thought out systems; provide training to team members to ensure consistency and compliance with workflow procedures. Maintain overall integrity of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Generate timely reports as required.
Key Activities
- Actively & professionally engage with all walks of customers to build interest in, and sell Company products/services.
- Actively engage in the marketing, promoting and general PR of the Company's merchandise and flight packages.
- Engage as a team to deliver a service level that exceeds customers' expectations and experience.
- Effectively administer the daily operations of the franchise to anticipate and exceed customers' needs.
- Professionally and promptly respond to telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries, and to management's requests.
- Provide support activities to programs hosted by the Company, and to the instructor pilots. Also provide marketing support to sales and marketing campaigns.
- Diligently upkeep and maintain the premises and Company property in clean, safe and good working conditions.
- Represent the Company positively through professional image projection, language, and actions.
- Administer duties methodically and responsibly, raising to Management's attention issues they need to know of.
- Assist in some management functions; may be called upon to represent the Company in external events or liaise with external vendors and agents.
- The job scope and duties of the CSA are by no means limited to the above. Other tasks and/or duties may be assigned by the Employer, from time to time
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Those without experience but has strong interest in Aviation are welcome to apply (Training Provided)
- Good communication skills

Salary : $2600 to $3200 per month + up to $800 commission
Company: Company that offers a world-class flight simulator adventure in Singapore
Location: Singapore Flyer and Funan Centre
Work hours: 9.45am - 6pm / 1.45pm - 10pm (Sg Flyer) ; 11am - 7.45pm (Funan)
Work days: any 5 days from Monday to Sundays
