About the Company:

The Bible mission began in Singapore in 1823, largely because of Sir Stamford Raffles and Dr Robert Morrison working with the British and Foreign Bible Society. On 4 July 1837, the Singapore Auxiliary Bible Society was formally established with the aim of serving the needs of the region.

Job Description:

International Bible Experiences Pte Ltd, a social enterprise of The Bible Society of Singapore, candidate will have a holistic training from frontline customer services to back-end operations of the company. Hands‑on opportunities in areas of event management, e‑commerce, marketing and communications.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations. Eg. Process registrations and other administration work etc.
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Plan and organise events and manage our volunteer‑based project
  • Assist in marketing and communication projects. Eg. Create collaterals, manage social media publicity etc.
  • Assist in ecommerce projects. Eg. Tracking of sales and data analytics
Technical Skills and Competencies:
  • Customer service skills - Managing customers and follow up.
  • Computer skills - MS Office and other software and apps.
  • Event management - Pre‑planning to execution of event and post‑event.
  • Marketing and communications skills - Designing collaterals, website maintenance and social media publicity.
  • Ecommerce skills - Setting up the ecommerce and managing the platform etc.
Education Qualifications:

Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
