A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in the Food & Beverage sector.   • Assist in managing overall daily operations of F&B outlets.
  • Oversee outlet manpower and provide support when necessary.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Control costs and maintain healthy profit margins.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales and the working environment.
  • Work closely with HR on recruitment and HR matters.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Executive on promotional campaigns.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

  • Position: Assistant Operations Manager
  • Location: Bedok North
  • Working Hours: 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm)
  • Salary: Up to $4,200 + Staff Meals + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent
