Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $5500 + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in outdoor sales initiatives to secure new clients.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on profit margins and revenue generation.
• Analyze market conditions, costs, competition, and supply-demand factors to optimize gross profit and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Participate actively in contract negotiations, including discussions on pricing and terms & conditions with clients.
• Monitor and evaluate performance through daily reporting and conduct monthly review meetings to identify potential improvements.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and add value.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
