Job description
Responsibilities:
  • 1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners in the Glass Curtain wall, glass window & door, Fire-rated glass door and fix panel system industry, serving as the primary point of contact and driving sales negotiations and agreements.
  • 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns
  • 5. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, including insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • · Proven experience in sales roles within the Construction and Glass Curtain wall, Glass windows and Door, Fire-rated glass door and fix panel industry
  • · Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • · Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • · Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • · Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
