About the Department

UOB Private Bank
is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5million and above. Keeping in mind our clients' financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on theGroup's comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

We are seeking to hire outstanding individuals for its Segment Insights & Digital Engagement team. The team is accountable for the design, development and execution of analytics-driven strategies to drive business growth, operational efficiency and superior client experiences. The candidate should have a background in the financial services domain and is expected to bring technical data science and analytics expertise to solve complex problems and unlock business value. The candidate should also have prior experience in managing client segments, campaign management and digital engagement.

Job Responsibilities
• Accountable for the Private Bank client lifecycle design, implementation and management.
• Design the client lifecycle building blocks, set client engagement standards and define client journeys aimed at enhancing client experience. Partner with Market Heads and Relationship Managers to embed defined standards and client journeys.
• Uncover gaps and opportunities within the Private Bank client portfolio, leveraging the use of data and advanced analytics by co-designing predictive models and dynamic client segmentation targeting.
• Define portfolio KPIs, monitor performance and generate actionable insights. Translate actionable insights into targeted call to action strategies for personalized client engagement.
• Co-design client campaigns and targeting to further deepen client relationships and optimize client portfolio.

• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
• Stellar stakeholder management.

Education / Experience Requirements
• Degree in banking, business management or any business-adjacent fields.
• At least 10 years banking experience with 5 years of experience in a segment or client portfolio management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse large data sets and convert into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, programming (SAS, Python) and BI tools (Qlik, MSBI, Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
