Job Description & Requirements
* Client Acquisition: Independently develop and pursue leads for new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Product Knowledge: Provide a deep knowledge and recommendations on our product offerings, explaining their benefits and differentiators to clients.
* Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and terms, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the client and the company.
* Account Management: Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business together with the Director.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to align on client needs, product availability, and promotional efforts.
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales preferred. Strong networking and lead contact will preferred.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of clients in the industry he/she is allocated to.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products and solutions clearly and persuasively.
* Relationship-Building: Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels, from small business owners to large enterprise buyers.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling cleaning supplies or medical supplies is highly preferred.
* Existing Network with purchasing managers not limited to those within the Cleaning industry, F&B, Shipping Chandler and Clinics.
* Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for the industry assigned.
