Job description

Duration: 1 year

Location: Singapore (Client’s Site)

Working Hours: Mon – Sat, 8am – 5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the entire process of project cost management and cost control

• Familiar with the bidding process, understand relevant laws and regulations, and be able to organize the bidding work for various contracts related to the project

• Capable of completing tasks ranging from the initial bidding quotations, cost estimations, budget control in the project's early stage, to cost accounting, fund planning, and project settlement, change claims, and final project accounting in the project's conclusion stage

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.

• Minimum 8 years of working experience holding similar appointment.

• Shall be proficient and have the necessary skills and expertise in drafting of specifications and Bill of Quantities for the construction works.

• Good communication skill and writing ability.

• Meticulous in work with analytical skill in problem-solving.

• Highly motivated and independent.

• A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
