Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Project Management and UAT.

• 1 year of experience in Call Center Operations preferred.

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Business Analyst
• Office Location: East
• Starts off as a 12 months contract

The Job

1. To provide support in defect management including follow-up with users and Tech support teams.
2. Plan, collaborate and coordinate with users and technology teams on user acceptance test (UAT) and live verification (LV) for fixes and regression testing support.
3. To prepare, execute and document test cases completed during UAT and LV.
4. To create and maintain parameters based on user requests
5. To participate in selected system enhancement or improvement initiatives
6. LV on weekend and wee hours are common

Requirements

• > 1–2 years of experience in Project Managemen and in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• > 1–2 years of experience using Confluence or Jira
• >1–2 years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Excel
• >1 year of experience in Call Center Operations will be preferred
