Airpak Express Pte Ltd is looking for a hands-on and collaborative Business Operations Manager (CEPP & Freight Forwarding) to support the daily coordination of our Courier, Express, Parcel & Post (CEPP) and Freight Forwarding operations. Based in Changi East, this full-time role involves working with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and a high standard of customer service.

• Assist in developing and executing operational plans to support business needs

• Manage and optimise day-to-day use of company resources (e.g. staff, vehicles, facilities)

• Analyse operational data and cost trends to support decision-making

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and solve operational issues

• Support the review of pricing and vendor costs for express and freight services

• Track and report operational KPIs such as delivery performance and cost per shipment

• Work with vendors, agents, and government agencies on routine service and compliance matters

• Support the creation of customised logistics solutions for customers by coordinating with agents, partners, and vendors

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business

• 3–5 years of experience in Postal, Express, logistics or freight forwarding preferred

• Good coordination and communication skills across teams and vendors

• Analytical with basic understanding of cost and pricing models

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with operations reporting

• Knowledge of CEPP workflows and international freight procedures is a plus
