Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead product enhancement initiatives for HVAC and Cleanroom systems.

• Manage and guide the engineering team to align individual performance with overall company goals.

• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers during pre- and post-sales engagements.

• Collaborate with external consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders on design and technical discussions.

• Support production teams in improving manufacturing productivity and implementing cost control measures.

• Drive continuous improvement within the engineering team through mentorship, performance tracking, and technical leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Prior experience in HVAC or Cleanroom systems is highly preferred.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.

• Self-driven, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
