This role involves providing service support within the Semiconductor division, including troubleshooting and maintaining specialized equipment in a cleanroom environment. Candidates should have a relevant diploma, preferably some experience in the industry, and possess strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with customers and teams.

We are seeking energetic and driven candidates to fill our opening for Service Engineer, based in Singapore. You will be responsible for providing service support to our customers for the Semiconductor division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment and product in cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry
Maintenance and calibration of tools and test equipment
Prepare analysis report and provide after-sales product training and service support
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for service tasks
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialized assistance
Identifying opportunities to develop new applications
Other duties as assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Preferably 1 year working experience in cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry
Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex technical issues clearly.
Able to perform duties after hours
Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
Able to multi-task activities with priorities and productive in a pressurized environment
Able to travel overseas under short notifications
Knowledge in Japanese language is an added advantage to effectively communicate with Japanesestakeholders
Preferably with valid driver’s license (Class 3) and possess own car (good driving record is required)
