About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing the customer base for our state-of-the-art fitness facilities. What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new members and retain existing ones

• Leading a team of sales professionals and providing coaching and mentorship to help them reach their targets

• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise sales processes

• Building strong relationships with potential and current customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales

• Ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds their monthly and quarterly sales targets
