• Position: Admin Assistant/Executive
• Location: Raffles Quay (Walking Distance from MRT)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Insurance Broking

Main Responsibilities:

• General administrative and operational duties
• Entering and updating service provider/ client records
• Handling paperwork and formalities for claim matter
• Organizing and maintaining files
• Assist in invoice preparation and issuance
• Data entry for invoices
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full training and guidance is provided
