Pet Shop Front Desk Executive

Working hours: 9am - 7pm

Working days: Wednesday to Sunday (2 days OFF ; PH OFF)

Locations: River Valley (248363)

Salary: $3000 - $3300 + AWS + Bonus

Requirements

• Must have prior pet shop or vet clinic experience to handle and work with large amount of dogs

Job Description

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and Talking with customers to select a grooming package
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products & packages
• Handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned
