Job Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and space planning for commercial office projects based on client requirements.

• Prepare detailed design drawings, including material selection, furniture layout, and color schemes.

• Work closely with 3D visualization teams to produce high-quality renderings and presentations.

• Manage project timelines, liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Oversee on-site implementation, ensuring design specifications and quality standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial interior design, with strong presentation and pitching skills.

• Proficient in design software and familiar with corporate office interior trends.

• Strong project management and communication skills.
