Job description

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
Using SAP system to key in Sales Order, purchasing order, invoicing.
Follow up and monitor delivery of outstanding customers’ orders and provide customer support for shipments.
Responsible for daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing.
Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading/ AWB).
Co-ordinate with factory team for production progress and export/import shipment preparation.
Send all necessary information and documentation to clients/agents/sea companies/forwarders accurately and on a timely basis.
Training will be provided.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline.
Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.
Basic computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Min 1 year experience in customer service or logistics/supply chain/shipping industry would be an advantage.
Entry level candidates without experience will be considered as training will be provided.
To handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts regarding documentation matters and liaise with peers in Taiwan and China.

Additional Information:

Salary: SGD 2500 to SGD 3000 + AWS.
Time: Monday to Friday: 0830hrs to 1800hrs.
Location: Kaki Bukit Road.
