Commercial Manager

Adecco is partnering with a leading ISO tank transportation company to recruit a Commercial Manager. This role focuses on driving new business development while managing and growing relationships with existing customers in the Southeast Asia market.

The Opportunity:

• Opportunity to travel
• Location: West
• Working hours: Monday- Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
• Salary: up to $16,000 (AWS + VB)

The Job:

• Create a regional sales plan with defined objectives aligned with the overall sales strategy
• Identify opportunities to optimize services, address operational challenges, and explore new investments to enhance sales and business expansion
• Acquire new customers and promote the company's products and services through presentations and sales calls, aligning with company goals and policies
• Manage the customer portfolio in alignment with current company policies
• Monitor expiring quotations and contracts, ensuring timely price negotiations with customers within established guidelines
• Recognize shifts in customer demands, goals, and requirements, and take proactive and corrective actions as needed
• Generate reports on the volume of RFQs and RFIs received, processed, and the associated success rate

The Talent:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in any field is required; prior experience from the deep-sea and short-sea business is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
