Job Summary

Our clientis a global private equity real estate firm with strong investment track-record across Asia, US and Europe markets. As part of their business strategy to grow and expand further in Asia real estate markets, we are hiring an Investment Analyst based in Singapore.

The Analyst role provides expertise in Investments and Investment Management by conducting complex analysis of data and developing related reports and recommendations to support the Investments group in executing the Asia Real Estate strategy.

Reporting to CIO and Investment VPs, you will be part of the Investment team and would be expected to deliver the following job scope :

• Assist in underwriting real estate investment opportunities (acquisitions / dispositions) for both asset and corporate level transactions
• Participate in the execution of real estate and real estate-related acquisitions and dispositions, including assessing asset performance and conducting market due diligence
• Assist in the development and management of financial models for investments, investment management, performance tracking, reporting dashboards, scenario analysis and financing
• Participate in the research, analysis and execution of strategic initiatives
