• Reporting directly to Regional General Manager based in Singapore
• Complete a broad variety of administrative and business operations tasks for the GM including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential correspondences; arranging complex and detailed travel plans and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
• Read and analyze submissions, letters, agendas, memos and determine significance; route to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• Oversee CRM Systems
• Good ability to coordinate work with HR, Finance, Logistics Department and partners in Singapore and across South East Asia
• Others duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree with secretarial qualifications
• Strong work tenure; at least 5 years of experience supporting Senior Level Executives; preferably from Multinationals and FMCG/High end luxury brands
• Expert written and verbal communications skills
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent long-term prospects and career for the candidate capable of meeting the challenges of the role
