• Optimiser la coordination et l'efficacité des projets à travers BIM et outils numériques.
• Superviser l'implémentation et la coordination BIM parmi les consultants et les entrepreneurs.

Job description

• Role: Project Manager | Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Manager
  Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT}
  Project Based in Outram / Tuas / New Project Location
  Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
  Salary is $5,500 to $6,500
• Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas. [ Main Contractor ]

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Digital Delivery in the construction industry, specifically on building projects.
3. Proficient in BIM and digital construction platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Synchro).
4. Strong in CDE, BIM workflows, and 3D/4D/5D modeling.

Job Roles:

• The Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Manager is responsible for driving the digital transformation of construction project delivery by integrating technology across the design and construction lifecycle.
• This role focuses on optimising project coordination and efficiency through BIM, VDC, and other digital tools.
• Lead the implementation of IDD strategies across the design, construction, and handover phases of building projects.
• Align digital workflows with corporate digital transformation goals and industry standards.
• Oversee BIM implementation and coordination among consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure consistent use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to BIM execution plans.
