Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in 3D modeling and Autodesk Revit to support construction projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with CAD and BIM standards, managing project-related tasks, and preparing drawings. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in various design software.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and Autodesk Revit in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and 3dsMAX.
• Able to understand building design and architectural shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of models.
• Maintain CAD and BIM standards; manage RFIs, and create presentations.
• Prepare and print drawings for production and participate in design reviews.

Job description

• Ensure CAD and BIM standards are upheld, and workflows comply with company policies and project requirements.
• Support project teams by managing RFIs, creating presentations using BIM models, and handling related project tasks.
• Prepare and print drawings for production, create presentation materials, and participate in design and model reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit experience in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX
• Able to understand building design drawings and architectural shop drawings.
