A prestigious hotel in Singapore is seeking an experienced Guest Services Supervisor to manage guest service operations. Responsibilities include leading the Guest Services team, ensuring smooth operations during peak times, and conducting service audits. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of hotel operations and systems.
