Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform refraction and provide quality vision care for paediatric patients
Prescribe corrective eyewear as needed
Conduct comprehensive optometric duties beyond refraction
Manage team rosters and departmental activities
Operate various visual assessment equipment
Support smooth departmental operations
Perform duties as assigned by Nursing Manager, Senior Optometrists and Ophthalmologists
Requirements:
Degree in Optometry OR Diploma in Optometry with 2 years' relevant experience
Compliance with Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (SOOB) guidelines
Proficiency in visual assessment equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
