Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify prescriptions to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective medication use.
  • Provide clinical and drug information support to healthcare professionals.
  • Dispense and counsel patients on prescribed medications.
  • Participate in ward rounds and support multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage drug inventory, storage, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in medication safety and clinical governance.

Job description
Working Hours
  • Staggered between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (42 hours per week)
  • Rostered to work on Sat/Sun once a month
  • On-call once every 6 weeks
