Job description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be the central coordination point for administrative operations, pertaining to Office Support functions and Mailroom operations. Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the contact person for various KKH divisions and external agencies on administrative matters, providing advice on lease agreements for photocopying machines and office shredders, and acting as the key liaison between user departments and service vendors.

You will oversee daily mailroom functions, manage the Facilities Reservation System for meeting spaces and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for services such as bulk photocopying, binding, newspaper subscriptions, cable TV, courier services, and confidential shredding services. Additionally, you will handle monthly expenditure statistics, maintain policies and procedures, and support our Office of Sustainability initiatives.

Requirements
  • Diploma with 4 years of relevant experiences; or
  • Higher NITEC/NITEC/ GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level with 10 years of working experience
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Excellent communicator who can effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative operations and vendor coordination
