Manager, Marketing Communications, Partnership Development

Institution: Tan Tock Seng Hospital

As part of the Partnership Development (PD) department, you will drive and improve the visibility of the hospital and its services through the development and implementation of engagement and outreach strategies. Working closely with the Corporate Communications team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and building up the team’s library of marketing collaterals and content. You will also work with the PD team to organise engagement and outreach events to build and nurture strong relationships with external partners. You are a creative and motivated individual who can help the team shape market perception, with your strong background in marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning & execution
  • Identify market opportunities and align engagement efforts with the hospital's strategic growth objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of external stakeholder engagement strategies focusing on positioning the hospital as a partner of choice.
  • Plan and manage the team’s marketing and event calendar.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to raise awareness of the hospital's services.
  • Work closely with team to engage external key partners.
  • Plan and organise engagement and outreach events, not limited to hospital tours, seminars, webinars to showcase specialist expertise and facilities.
  • Maintain and grow a comprehensive database of all external partners, managing communications and tracking engagement levels.
  • Marketing & communications
  • Support the team to increase brand awareness and visibility by turning ideas into engaging content.
  • Develop and design marketing collaterals and relevant content, which may include brochures, newsletters and web/digital content.
  • Draft and manage targeted communications or editorials targeted for key partners.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints.
  • Work closely with cluster and internal corporate communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all external communications.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and engagement activities against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as referral rates, event attendance, and partner satisfaction etc.
  • Provide monthly reports on engagement activities, market insights, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and utilise a customer relationship management (CRM) system to log interactions and track partner engagement.
Required qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an in-house comms role or a PR consultancy. Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
  • A creative mind, keen eye for detail, strong writing skills, and the ability to distill complex topics into accessible, meaningful content.
  • Very proficient in content creation and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Experience with event management.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently within a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation.
