Job description

You will lead a team to implement and manage compensation strategies, and salary structures in alignment with the Hospital’s strategic objectives. You will oversee annual salary reviews, bonus payouts and compensation planning cycles. You will lead or support compensation-related projects, partner with HR and line departments to deliver compensation strategies aligned with talent strategies. You will evaluate and recommend job levels using job evaluation methodology, participate in market salary surveys and analyse data to check on pay equity and market positioning.

Job requirements
  • Degree with at least 8 years working experience in handling compensation portfolio related fields, of which at least 2 years must be in a managerial capacity.
  • Prior working experience in healthcare industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder management skills.
