Job description
Solutions Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and support software solutions & applications, including installation, configuration, and implementation of software solutions.
- Provide training to customers.
- Provide post-implementation support to customers.
Requirements & Expectations
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
- Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions, especially with end clients.
- Experience in the following will be advantageous:
- SQL scripting
- .NET programming
- MS Power Automate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable interacting with and managing clients.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
