A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to assist in various aspects of design and project management. The candidate will work closely with the Project Architect and Senior Project Executive, handling responsibilities such as design presentations, drawing production, and project correspondence. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp are encouraged to apply. This role promises valuable professional growth and hands-on experience in the field.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités
- Responsible for liaising with the Project Architect.
- Assist in design presentations and project correspondence.
- Conduct site inspections and attend meetings.
Connaissances
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience

Revit /autocad / Sketchup user
- Responsible to the Project Architect and will liaise with the Senior Project Executive and Technicians.
- Assist in the day-to-day executive work including design presentations, production of drawings, project correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Liaising with suppliers’ representatives for building specifications.
- Reports to Project Architect on all design and technical matters.
- Assist in conceptual & detail Design Development.
- Tender Documentation and Construction Drawings
- Assis the Senior Project Executive in the preparation of submission drawings and documents.
- Assistant to Project Architect in regard to the following:
- Liaison with consultants.
- Site inspection
- Attend consultants / site meetings
- Assist in the architectural co-ordination, organisation & preparation of construction documents and drawings.
- Preparing drafts of the following:
- Minutes of meeting
- Material specifications and schedule of finishes
- Liaison with suppliers & contractors.
