Job summary

A technology service company based in Singapore is seeking candidates for a customer service role focused on service renewals. Responsibilities include emailing customers for renewals, following up via calls and emails, and performing data entry tasks. Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Mandarin, proficient in MS Office, and possess strong interpersonal skills. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Email customers regarding service renewals.
  • Follow up with customers via email and calls on renewals.
  • Data entry of orders and tabulation of sales commission.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Redirect customers to the sales team for further assistance.
  • Assist in filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Perform other assigned administrative work.

  • Follow up (emails/calls) with customers on renewals
  • Data entry of orders & tabulation of sales commission
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customers who have questions via email
  • Re-direct customers to our sales team for further assistance.
  • Assist in filing, scanning & photocopying
  • Other administrative work assigned
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Dedicated, committed and keen to learn
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
